2ww symptom spotting?

Hi all, first cycle TTC after having IUD removed about six weeks ago. I’m mid30’s and this is our first child so I am super new to this! This is my first proper cycle I think since having it removed and I had no periods whilst my IUD was in.

Anyway, tracking bbt and used opk and so far this cycle seems to be fairly standard - had eight days of a flashing smily on the clear blue advanced before a peak on day 9 (CD19) and this was supported with the cheapie tests from amazon. bbt dropped slightly on day of Ovulation has has increased since then.

Now 4DPO.

For five days I have had a nagging ache/pain in my lower left pelvis. Started on O day. It’s not severe but like toothache and I am aware of it most the time. I’ve been super bloated for three days (even my watch leaves indents on my wrist) and my breasts are super tender and rock solid. Plus I have a nagging heartburn/nausea.

I know this is too early for any early pregnancy symptoms and honestly I don’t know if pregnancy is likely this soon after IUD being removed, but this aching is annoying me.

Just wondered if it’s likely I am reading too much into things, whether anyone has experienced an ovulation pain that goes on past ovulation, or any similar experiences?
