Did anyone get pregnant without any physical symptoms ??
I mean you found out only after testing when ur periods were late...
My periods is due tomorrow or day after and so far no symptoms at all, not even a small cramp or pain. Ttc for #1 for 4+ yrs with PCOS. So i think i did not ovulate this month at all. No signs of ovulation.
I am too scared to be hopeful.
