3 months old crying 247 to be held

My baby cries 247 and it seems he only wants to be held!! I could be sitting next to him touching me but cries l, stops when we hold him. In the carseat he cries, at home he cries unless he's In your arms. I mean cry until he's red. My 1st son never cried so this is all new and i know all babies are different...but omgeeeeeeee!! I honestly think my inlaws carried him way too often. Its exhausting. Anyone's baby cry 247 to be held.... shoot now I'm crying 😥😥😥😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭🥶🥶🥶🥶
