Am I having sex enough?

So my cycles are all over the place.. they are very irregular and the app just predicts when I’m ovulating so it’s not correct..

I’ve taken alot of opks tests and I’ve had a few high opks but never a peak (darker or as dark as the control line) I’ve even tested a few hours after my high opk and it is so faint 🤷🏼‍♀️ and I’ve got high opks multiple times in one cycle 🤷🏼‍♀️ I get yeast infections very trying so much and every sex all the time isn’t always possible 🙈

I wish I knew exactly when I was ovulating but because I don’t know I’m trying to do it as much as possible.. is this enough 🤦🏼‍♀️
