Baby breakout?

My 4 month olds skin is going crazy the last few days.  Redness and pimples popping up all over. 
Should I be worried/call ped? My mom and thinks it’s fine maybe from teething and drooling

How fast are you guys introducing solids? My ped said to gradually increase from 1 teaspoon to 3 tablespoons of dry oatmeal in 1 oz of formula but how fast is gradual?  I was increasing a half teaspoon per day.  Is that fast?  He was super gassy last night too so I thought it might have been too much fiber too soon.

We have this too. Drool rash. 
I just make sure to change bibs, change shirts and wipe all drool bubbles

Is she eating solids? Could be an allergic reaction to a new food.

My baby had a rash like this on her neck. I thought it was just from teething/drool and fine but it wouldn’t go away and started getting worse. I brought her to the doctor’s who explained that it had turned into a fungal infection. She prescribed nystatin cream which is helping a ton.

My daughter has been having red cheeks and chin and a teething rash but she’s drooling a ton and I think it’s from that because it goes away
