BAD DIET DURING PREGNANCY
18 weeks here and my diet so far has not been the ideal organic whole foods diet it should be :( lots of foods that aren't good for me like pizza donuts cake cookies hotdogs hamburgers tacos! Im feeling so guilty about it! I've heard processed foods are linked to autism and im so worried im hurting my baby but I can't seem to resist all the bad food! What your diet like? Anyone do pretty good eating healthy? How about bad?! How was your diet with your first baby? Thoughts please!
