Acne problems... 😢
So Recently I cut gluten out of my diet because I’m gluten-intolerant and I was hoping my skin would improve because of it. My face cleared up a tiny bit?? Maybe? but it’s still pretty bad on my cheeks.
I don’t know how to make it improve I’ve tried everything from washing my face less/more to changing products to wearing less makeup and nothing seems to work.
I’m so tired of having the worst skin. It’s been the worst for me for like 2 years now. I’m so jealous of people who have naturally clear skin. If anyone has had tips i would really appreciate it!!!!!! 😊
