Leaking?

How do I know if I’m leaking fluid or just normal watery discharge? Are there other signs if it’s fluid? It’s not often but a few times now in the past month my discharge will be watery and i get nervous but it’s usually a more normal white color and creamier. Sorry if that’s gross 🤭 sometimes I just feel “wet” even though there’s not really anything there.

I’m 24 weeks.

I’m gonna mention it to my doctor at my appt the day after tomorrow but I’m just curious for other experience.
