Anyone else?

We have nothing ready at all. Will not be finding out gender until birth. So we can't get the room together. If it is a boy, he will share with our son. If it is a girl she will have the guestroom. We have all the stuff from my son, but will need to buy stuff for a girl. And surprisingly I am not stressing yet, I am sure that will change once I get closer. I am just grateful that my mom and mom-in-law are amazing and plan to help with washing and drying clothes. Also both plan to help with stuff if baby is a girl. Anyone else waiting until baby is born to get anything really ready?

I found out gender but our new boy can wear a lot of his sister’s hand me downs. If it was mostly not pink I saved it for him, I figure I can get away with that at least until 18mos 😂 I’m sure if you have a girl you could reuse a lot.

I'll have the big things, like a dresser and crib and car seat.
As for everything else, we just decided to have a little celebration when we have Thanksgiving since everyone is going to be traveling anyway. I'm due the 9th. So we're pretty much pushing it lol.
I just hope I have an outfit and the car seat by the time he arrives. And I'm now hoping he doesn't decide to come a week early.

Same. We have a bunch of clothes people gave us and a pack n play. Hoping I get a car seat at my shower. Don’t know the gender and don’t plan on changing my guest room into a nursery. My husband is military so we will move for his next tour when the kid is 18mo and I don’t think it’s worth it to change up our 2BR when s/he won’t even remember anything about this place.

We are having number two and I’ve done pretty much nothing also. We did find out this one is a boy so I pulled all of the neutral or semi neutral things out of her 0-3 month clothes and all pajamas because who cares if those are pink but that’s it. At some point will need a sleeping plan since we used a rock n play with her. Didn’t realize I couldn’t use it at night and luckily she is fine. Baby will be in our room for six months like last time so I don’t see the point in getting another room ready yet. Maybe that nesting phase will hit and I’ll feel like I should do more. Less than three months and they will be here 😊

With my first, I didn’t want to find out but my husband did. We had a girl. i refused to buy anything pink so we had a lot of purple and gray and things like that. We are having another girl. We only found out because I’ll be 35 right before delivery and apparently that’s ancient in the world of having children. At least whee I live it is. I had to be tested for everything under the sun and just figured that we would find out the gender too. I’m still refusing to buy too many things that are pink so again we have lots of white, gray, purple, some pinks in there, lots of teal and colors like that.

We aren't learning the sex of the baby, and are still preparing what I think is a regular amount. I don't think that knowing the sex would impact how much I prepare. I am also very against the aggressive gendering of infants, so there's that too...I don't understand why the world is so obsessed with baby genitalia. It's a baby. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We aren’t finding out the gender, so we went with a gender neutral room.  All grey, tan, and white with a safari theme of animals.

We are not finding out gender but that’s Not the reason i haven’t gotten things... I’m just lazy. I will start preparing when I go on maternity leave. I plan for a yellow, brown, green, orange room - jungle themed. 
If it’s a boy will he move into your sons room straight away?  I’m thinking freshies cry a lot - your poor son will have terrible sleep.

I don't have anything ready but that's because we are waiting until baby shower. We know we are having a girl (she is our rainbow baby) yesterday someone bought our crib and it showed up delivered to our house and set that up but don't have mattress yet or anything for it. And have no idea who sent it 🤷‍♀️

We are the same. We are planning on buying the car seat a few weeks before, but otherwise we will do everything after.
