Severe back pain lasting 5 mins - 19 weeks

I hahe just had only what I can describe as an attack of severe back pain on my right hand side. It was so uncomfortable. I was accidentally laying on my back on the sofa and felt it come on all of a sudden. I am monitoring to see if it comes back. There is some lingering aches in the area. This has really unnerved me and I haven’t felt any pain like it before. It could be compared to deep muscular pain mixed with period pain. I do have PGP and have been having round ligament pain but never that deep into my back. Anyone else having anything similar? 😩
