Tea while pregnant?

I drank tea no problem throughout my first pregnancy, and now I’m 22 weeks with my second and I feel like I can’t drink anything. Anyone know if this is safe?

Hibiscus can cause bleeding in pregnancy and my midwife said to avoid turmeric supplements so I don’t know if tea would fall into that category.

If I want tea; I always buy the Pinkstork brand. It’s made for pregnancy& it’s herbal. I just wouldn’t trust drinking herbs that are known to cause problems in pregnancy :(.

My doctor said to stay away from Hibiscus tea and ginger. But with the Ginger she said small amounts like you would use for cooking is fine just not a tea or something that is heavy with ginger. But she said to stay away from hibiscus all together. Hibiscus tea is my favorite so I was bombed about that.

Why not? It doesn’t have a “do not consume if you’re pregnant” warning.
