Teething??

My guy is 3 months today and has always had a big appetite. He’s been draining 5-6 oz bottles regularly for weeks now. For the last three days, he doesn’t seem to want to eat. Every feeding is a struggle and he ends up taking about 3 oz, 4 if we are lucky. He’s gone from taking 32-36 oz a day to 24-28. When he’s not fighting the bottle, all he wants to do is chew on his hands/bib/blanket. He’s in a good mood and not running a fever. His sleeping habits are pretty much the same, although he did wake once last night to eat since he didn’t have much during the day. Could these be signs of teething?? Or is it too early?
