Worried about a friend

Small backstory (I'll try to keep this short) one of my best friends, we'll call her Anna for the post, had known me for about 9 years, the last 3ish years we haven't talked much. But I knew she was with someone and they seemed happy. She deleted her facebook and got a new number, shes been through a lot and a kid so I thought maybe she just wanted a fresh start.

Fast foreword to now: I tried to get a hold of her, since it's been a while,so I texted the number i had for her and didnt get an answer. So I got a hold of a friend that Anna and I both have been close to and he gave me a new number. I was confused as she changed her number about a year ago and thought it was weird that she did it again. Before he gave me her number he said to ask her how shes been since he hasn't talked to her in a few months and last he heard she was in an abusive relationship. I finally got a hold of her and I was too scared to straight up ask "is your boyfriend abusing you?" So I just kind of asked how she was and she seemed okay. I asked for her address since im getting married soon and wanted to invite her. She told me she moved to another city and that kind of confused me since all of her friends and family are here. Then she told me later that she's scared because her and her boyfriend were fighting and she thinks they're going to break up. I asked if she needed somewhere to sleep and she never got back with me. I tried to call her several times for the next few days. Then finally she texted me and all she said was "sorry I havent been talking. My boyfriend always has my phone." And I said "oh.. I thought you were leaving?.." and she didnt answer. I've called a few times and its been over a week. Im just so worried... any advice?
