Back pain
I’m having really sharp stabbing pain in my lower left part of my back for DAYS now . Any idea what it might be or how I can treat it ? I massage it it still hurts are heating pads safe? It sorta helps laying on my back but I can’t for long it hurts when I stand and lay on my sides so annoying !!
