Confused.

So I had laparoscopy and tube flush about a month ago. I bleed for a few days after then then shorty after got my period. It’s not regular or anything. I’ve been using ovulation sticks to try track ovulation and got it on and partner we’re doing the baby dance as much as possible. My partner just wants a baby so bad that he asked me to test even though it’s only 3 days past ovulation I think. I told him it’s not possible for anything to show this quickly but to amuse him I did it. I think this may be a dodgy test or something. There is colour there ( pic is pretty bad though)
