Graco car seat if no LATCH?

I’m looking into getting a Graco Extend to Fit car seat and it advertises the “one second LATCH” thing but I’m not sure that my car has LATCH. I can’t find online anywhere if the car seat will only work with latch or will it also work with a regular old seatbelt?? Especially if it’s only rear facing for now? Anyone who has this car seat, can you use a regular seatbelt with it both forward and rear facing?

You can use a seat belt but when its time to forward face you have to use the top ancher to secure the seat.

Graco car seats work can be installed with either a seatbelt or LATCH. LATCH became standard in all cars beginning sometime in 2002.

What year is your vehicle? If it’s newer than 2000 then it has LATCH
