Need help trying to get pregnant

So a little background, I’m 22 years old, and last year I was diagnosed with endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome. When I was 15 I had an ovarian cyst the size of a grapefruit that twisted and ruptured. It resulted in me having surgery and the removal of my right Fallopian tube.

So basically I’ve been told for the past 7 years that it’ll be really hard for me to get pregnant.

Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for almost a year when I found out about the endo and pcos. We stopped preventing it about a year and a half ago. So far, an early miscarriage and no luck since. I’m going to start Premama for him and her, because why not. And start using pre-seed. I figured it wouldn’t hurt. But I’m wondering what else I can do to help.

There’s a few things I’m sure I need to change;

I’m a heavy drinker. Like almost a 6 pack a night. I know I drink too much but it’s hard giving it up. Does drinking really affect fertility?

I use Zyn 6 mg nicotine pouches that helped me stop smoking.

I take anxiety/depression meds that are safe for pregnancy, but aren’t quite enough which sadly is why I drink so much.

I know there’s some habits that I need to change, but all me and my husband want is a family. What can I do to help? Does things like keeping your feet elevated after sex help? I’ll take any and all suggestions.

Thank you!
