The Procedure was great, the recovery could have been much better

All I can say is- I wanted a c-section. I got a c-section. From what I hear, it was a pretty damn good c-section.

It still wasn’t the no string attached birthing process my mother romanticized to me! Lol! Although, I will say that the procedure itself was very positive- but I definitely felt excluded from the birthday of my own son with that screen up. I didn’t care about guts (I actually wanted to see it- cause I’m gross and think that stuff is cool lol) but also I wanted to be the one to see my son as he entered the world. (I had an odd set of circumstances) but I ironically turned out to be the last. Definitely was what set off my post party depression.
