My little one wakes up about 7 or 7:30, takes a nap about 9:30 for 30-45 minutes. Then another nap around 12:30 for about 2 hours. Then he goes to bed at about 6:30.

My girl just recently dropped her 3rd nap... doesn’t matter when she wakes up, usually around 8-9 sometimes later, she will take her first nap around 10/11 and only nap for 20-40 min but then she’s good until about 2/3pm. Her afternoon nap is the long one, she will nap for 1.5-3 hrs. She wakes up around 4:30/5:30 and will stay awake until bedtime which is around 8.

Over the last 2 weeks she has transitioned herself from 3 naps to 2. Both naps are anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. If we are out a little later then normal she will take a catnap in the car.

Typically on a good day my baby will got back to sleep about 2 hours after waking up. That nap is usually 1.5-2 hours. Then an afternoon nap about 2-3 hours after that. That nap is one we need to work on. It’s usually at least 45 mins. Really want to get that nap at 1.5-2hours. Then about 2 hours before bed she’ll nap a cat nap that’s about 45 mins

My LG will wake around 7am..feed change have breakfast..then we leave the house at half 8 for school run  and she tends to sleep for an hour then..she will then sleep at 11ish and at half 2 xx

Well we sleep in the morning but he’s asleep at 6:30 or 45 am sometimes and he wakes at 5pm then he’s awake for 2 or 4 hours and takes another 1:30- 2 hour nap at least 2 times before dad gets home at 12 or 2 am (mostly 2 am) and he’s up the whole time until 6:30 again and it just repeats but now his teeth are coming in so he wakes up and want a bottle about 2 times
