I am on a path to try to get more healthy and clear up my skin. I scar extremely easily and extremely dark. The pigmentation of my skin is not my best friend. If anyone has tips on their skin care please let me know! Women uplifting women !

There is a formula.
Let's say you weight 140lbs, divide that and drink that but in ounces.
So 140 ÷ 2 = 70
Drink 70 ounces per day
Unless you weigh under 138, the base line is still 68 ounces. 
But you have to drink at least 550mL / 19 ounces per day because that is how much urine your body will create regardless of how dehydrated you are.

My skin has actually been terrible this past week, fortunately I’ve been binge drinking on water the past two days and it seems like it’s clearing up 😁
I don’t measure water in glasses, I grab a 1.5litre bottle and try to finish that during the course of the day.

Good skin is mostly genetics to be honest. Like yea, I have a skincare routine that I kind of stick to if I remember, and I try to kind of stay hydrated (I'm better about it now that I'm pregnant) but my skin has always just been really good even if I don't do anything to it. I've only really had breakouts during the beginning of pregnancy and even those were pretty mild.

I take biotin extra strength every morning and I work in a warehouse so I’m alwayyysss drinking water. I never use foundation only products for healthier skin. It kinda helps
