Ahh help!

Okay so I just got a Walmart gift card and quickly went on my phone and ordered a vibrator and coconut oil. My grandpa and my mom knows that I got the gift card but he doesn’t know what I bought with it. The package is coming TOMORROW because I got next day shipping. My birthday was yesterday and I’m praying my mom doesn’t have this app. I just turned 14. How do I keep them from knowing what came in the mail and what I ordered?!?! My mom found my vibrators not too long ago and if she finds this or any of my family finds this package they will KILL me. What do I do?

Should I lie or will I grab the package before anyone sees it?
