First night of sleep training...

My heart cant take all this crying!

I dont remember it being this hard with my first... 😭😭

I'm letting her cry for a few minutes and going to console he without picking her up. When she looks tired I leave until she cried again.

Is that a bad method? Should I just let her cry? I dont think I'm up for that.

I read something that said to just let her cry and go put headphones on or take a shower or something that you can't hear it? Help!
