What the f@ck is going on with my body

So I’m 13dpo tomorrow I will be 14dpo and my period is also due tomorrow 4 days ago I had spotting two days ago I had egg white like cm like I get when I ovulate which I also had when glow told me I was ovulating! all the last two weeks I have had pain on my left and right side and the last four days I have had period pain until today! Today I have a back ache so bad I can’t get comfortable or sit still longer then two minuets but no period pains! All hcg tests I have done have come back negative 👎🏼 my emotions are all over the place. What the f*ck is going on😭
