Anyone live in ny ?

Question

I just moved to ny and I quit smoking weed a month ago and have 8 weeks till my due date where I lived before they didn’t care about weed I smoked with my daughter and the hospital didn’t care as long as meth and other serious things showed up . Does anyone know about ny ? 
Please do not shame me for smoking this is not a post for that I’m just curious about the rules here as I just moved here 3 weeks ago

Like the other poster said.. there is a risk CPS will run a full investigation however that doesn’t necessarily mean they take the baby.. they have to prove consistent misuse of the drug so if you fail one test and pass the next one that’s a good sign.

I believe you risk getting CPS called on you, one of my friends cousin is from NY and had a whole case against her for smoking weed through out her pregnancy. But laws do change, so it may be different now!!

I use to live in NY and my best friend smoked because of health issues and she stopped a month before b4 she was induced n congratulations on your bundle of joy
