Question about twins..

So I have no idea if I’m pregnant with twins or not; we go for an ultrasound on the 30th at 10 weeks. So my question is for any momma’s that are pregnant with or who have had twins. Are there any key symptoms that gave away that there were two? This is my fourth baby, with my first three I never had breast tenderness and this time around I’ve been having severe breast tenderness. Just my are rubbing up against my chest or my boyfriend went to grab my boob and I just about started to cry. Also for being only 8 weeks along I feel huge, my belly feels super bloated or something I’m already in maternity jeans for comfort because my regular jean cut in and hurt, peeing constantly day and night, some major food aversion’s, my sense of smell is ridiculous. If I sit down and lean forward it already feels like a bit bulgy in my lower lower abdomen. Idk sounds silly but this one just feels very different from my other 3.

Ps also I can feel when I ovulate and when I’m pregnant the side I ovulated from tends to be sore for a few weeks and it’s strange because both sides are sore, right more than the left but both tender.
