I need help!

I had sex with a guy within my fertility window and it’s been about 5 days now. He had a condom on but he did leave his penis inside while he came. I’ve been experiencing some pressure (I’m not sure that’s the right word, but I’ll go with it) today in my lower stomach where my reproductive organs are. I’m afraid the condom may have leaked and I got pregnant. But it’s also 1 week until my period. Could this just be PMS or am I pregnant?
