I need ovulation help!!

Hello ladies... does it mean I ovulated sooner than normal if I had eggwhite CM and I had some sort of 2nd line on my opk test 3days ago.. now yesterday / today I am bone dry. No CM at all ..

The photo I have attached is my CM I had for like 3 or 4 days.. then I took an opk test and it was obviously negative but then the test this morning there isn't even a 2nd line its super super faint

So my question is ..do you just dry right up after ovulation or after conceiving.
