My MIL is throwing a huge bonfire party in the middle of October which isn't that big of a deal, however, my son won't even be two months yet and she expects him to be there. My main concern is that all the people there will want to hold my son and they are not exactly the cleanliness of people PLUS it is also flu season. Idk if I wanna just stay home with babe or if I should just keep my foot firmly planted and make sure only a select few hold him and only stay a couple hours max. I don't want to be rude, I am a major,people pleaser and have a habit of keeping my mouth shut, but I am so scared that babe will get sick. We are talking 30+ friends and family at this bonfire party. Am I just being a FTM paranoid?
