My heart is breaking
This is tmi but i just found out im 5 weeks pregnant and my doctor told me i was okay to travel. So im currently in my company trip far away from home and i started spotting. Do you guys think i should be concerned as i am? Idk what to do, i want my baby so bad and o dont even have my husband with me since im on this trip
