Help Advice Please

Hi I’m trying to wean my 15 month old. I’ve managed to stop the day feeds but finding it impossible to cut out the night time feeds! As I have been feeding her to sleep & when she wakes she has the breast to go back to sleep! She is now in her own bed but I’m nursing her to sleep but she continues to wake through the night looking for me so I nurse her back to sleep. I know this is a No No thing to do but I’m on my own and I’ve also a two half year old and they share the same room so didn’t want him to wake with Lilly crying! She also has never spent a night away from me.

She will not take to a dummy but she has started to drink cows milk from a bottle through the day in the last few weeks which she didn’t do before.

Please anyone have any advice
