CONFUSED

I got 2 positive tests with faint lines and one negative test with no line and now I’m confused not sure what’s going on.

*Note: I have PCOS, hypothyroid, and a pituitary tumour, Basically infertility so I don’t know what should I do.. I need some suggestions please
