What does round ligament pain feel like?

I am 12+5. For the last couple of days I have mild cramping and a sharp pain in the same spot on my pubic pone area. It comes and goes and lasts maybe 3 seconds. I notice it feels worse when my bladder is full. Is this round ligament pain?

I was just looking it up yesterday because I have been feeling a lot of aches and pains thanks to coughing and sneezing from my cold. 
Round ligament pain can be a dull ache, a sharp pain or pulling sensation. Usually happens when switching positions, standing to quickly, coughing, sneezing, or sometimes laughing. It can be quick or linger around for awhile.

if it’s what i have, it feels like a pulling and heavy feeling at the bottom on my stomach. hurts to walk and even stand for a long time.
