Hcg levels worried 😦

I have no idea how far along I am because I haven’t had a period since having daughter a few months back , I guessed around 6 weeks but my hcg was 2118 on Monday ! Now I’m thinking 5 weeks !! Help!! For some peace of mind how many weeks could I be
