Crying while eating?

My two month old has been crying while eating. She is formula fed, she has also started eating extremely slower. Anyone know why?

Check with pedi to see if the formula  could be making her gassy.

Look in her mouth for any white (looks like milk residue but doesn’t wipe away) to see if she could have thrush. My niece had thrush recently and what clued my sister in was the fact that she stopped eating as well as she had been and started being very irritable during feeds.

Maybe get a vari flow nipple? For a faster flow 
Maybe she is hungry and is not getting enough milk out of the nipple
