I lost my first baby😭

On 9.19.19 I went in for a ultrasound at 10 weeks pregnant. I was so excited to see my baby’s development and to finally hear a heartbeat instead I was told there was none after waiting in the office for over two hours. She just said my baby was gone😭 I’m so devastated And I’m in complete shock. I did everything right, I’ve had no signs or symptoms to prepare me for the horrible news. I just don’t understand, it took me and my husband over three years to finally conceive and then our baby is just gone.😂 My 10 week baby is still inside of me and they scheduled me to come back in three weeks. Is this normal I don’t understand this horrible process not only have I lost my child, but my dead child in my womb has to live inside of my for another 3 weeks weeks. Lost and need answers !!!
