Post hsg test

It's been 5 days since I did test. But I am having cramps now little bit more than before. I am little worried as pain kind of increasing little. I actually travelled yesterday night other than that I didn't do anything much. Today evening I am feeling stomach pain. Is it related? But I don't have any bleeding now. So I don't know what's happening. Should I contact doctor or something?
