Cramping- A lot of new going on

Please help-

2 weeks ago I was ON my period and starting that Sunday i finished and I did not start my new pack of birth control. I had unprotected sex 3 times this week. Tomorrow is supposed to be my ovulation day but I thought you couldn’t get pregnant right after stopping birth control so I didn’t think it mattered. Today I’m cramping like I’m going to start my period and have been dizzy with headaches but I’ve also been nauseous some towards the end of the week. BUT I also started a new dosage of adderall so I know that could also be why I feel sick.

I know that’s a lot I’m just confused and want to know why I feel so weird. Thanks.
