Still producing milk

I’m almost 6 weeks pp and have never breastfed. It took a whole week for my milk to come in and I was only engorged for a couple days, however I’m still producing milk. I’ve tried everything under the sun but I seriously can’t get my milk to completely dry up. I’ve heard some women produce for years after they stop breastfeeding. Is this something that will stop on its own eventually?
