Help !!! Breast engorgement, baby can't feed anymore

Hi all,

I need your help really bad.

My baby was born Wednesday and breastfeeding went pretty well... until my milk started to come in (yesterday).

My breast are getting super engorged. I thought maybe my baby wasn't sucking effectively enough, so i tried my breast pump (medela), but even the pump only gets a super small amount out, and my beasts still feel super heavy, hard and swollen.

What can i do ? I feel like i won't be able to breastfeed my baby because of this. Not to mention I can't get enough milk out so i will soon have to switch him to formula...

And thank god i noticed this fast enough to avoid my poor baby getting dehydrated.
