At a loss with my 5.5 months old’s nighttime sleep

She was doing so great! Sleeping through the night for two months.

WELL now she is such a busy girl. Constantly wanting to play and crawl around. Doesn’t want to miss anything! When we start her bedtime routine she starts crying because she doesn’t want to end the day and go to sleep. I’ve been doing intervals of crying for bedtime and I won’t pick her up, I’ll only put the pacifier in her mouth and rub her back.

She’s waking up throughout the night because she wants to be picked up. I don’t know what to do!! Let her cry it out so she learns she can’t be picked up? Sometimes she will sleep for hours before she does this, sometimes she wakes up every ten minutes.
