The things you listed is not healthy.... My husband and I may discuss like "oh, who is that on your Facebook?" Or where we are/going. But, that's out of respect and curiosity at most. We never demand to know and we definitely don't expect it.

No, he doesn't really ask about stuff like that, I tell him about stuff if I think to, so he feels secure, because I know he sometimes struggles with feeling insecure or jealous, but he doesn't really act like it. 
I've had to in a bad relationship, and I was really scared to let my ex see my phone because he would freak out no matter what, even though I wasn't up to anything fishy.

Not constantly but if one of us do ask something we explain without issue or conflict. And if we do ask it’s out of curiosity, not concern or trust issues

No but he doesn’t go through my phone. He’s asked me to block men I don’t know and has me forbidden from talking to an ex friend but I agree with him and I have him forbidden from talking to his ex fiancé.
