Is it okay to be a step parent?
Does anyone else feel like people don’t care for step parents?
Do you feel like it’s “damned if you do, damned if you don’t?”
If you be there for this kids, love them, do things, etc -then your trying too hard or your trying to replace the bio parent.
If you don’t engage or do anything -then you don’t like the child or you’re upset/jealous of the bio parent.
