Please HELP !

So I been having these creamy thing come out of my vaginal and idk if discharge to at the same time but yeah it smells makes me feel uncomfortable and disgust but it’s been happening for a year i think . I really don’t have a mom to talk to with these things because she wouldn’t understand and I found this app and I’m hoping for someone to tell me what’s up // idk what that means tho ??😩😕 and if I leave it there in my underwear it gets dry 😔
