Is it weird?

Is it normal that my boyfriend hardly ever cuddles me when we go to bed at night? He does sometimes but usually only when I ask. He doesn’t really ever tell me to get off him if I cuddle HIM but he told me the reason he doesn’t like to is bc his arms start to hurt from being in one place too long. That just seems kind of like a stupid excuse to me. It really hurts my feelings though, idk if it should, but it does. I wish he’d just like to hold me.
