My daughter is four and a half months and has been super fussy the past two days and has been chewing on anything that can’t run away (she’s been going to town on her hands). I looked in her mouth today and saw what I think are teeth coming in, but they’re not the front bottom two which is why I’m confused.. I was wondering if they’re Epstein pearls but they haven’t been there since birth.

No fever or loss of appetite. Just super fussy, LOTS of drool, and super clingy.
