Baby delayed?

I follow a girl on Snapchat & we literally had our babies a day apart. My baby was born on the 23rd and she had her son on the 24th. I’ve noticed her son is really picking up on things. He grew teeth before my daughter, he’s crawling right now at 9mo tomorrow he’ll be, & he was eating solids waaaaaay before my baby was. Am i not doing enough with my baby? Is she delayed?

When a baby gets teeth has nothing to do with being delayed or not. My baby was full on crawling at 7 1/2 months and walking at 10. Every baby hits milestones at different times. If the pediatrician isn’t worried then I wouldn’t be.

All babies develop differently!! My son did not cut any teeth till he was 8 months old. Some babies will start at 3 months. If your daughter isn’t meeting her milestones and you are really worried about it you can do activities and muscle strengthening to help her along. My son didn’t start sitting up until 6 months old. He was so long that it took longer for his muscles to support him. Please don’t compare your daughter to other babies! You guys are doing great.
