Idk what else to do

I had my miscarriage aug 30th, I had to take misoprostol, my bleeding never syopped, my exam after 2 weeks they said the baby didn’t pass all the way and opened me and got what was blocking my cervics. My ob sent me home with Methergine to help stop with the bleeding and it stopped after 3 long weeks went to my ob yesterday and she told me that my pregnancy test is still coming back positive and took my blood but to come back next week and it should all be out of my system well today I started bleeding again. What should I do?
