My little sister

About 3 weeks ago I took my little sister to the doctor because she had just started having sex and I found out her and the guy didn’t use protection. Shes 18. She told me she had been itching really bad so I had them test her for STD’s. Her chlamydia, yeast, and bacteria came back positive. She was scared to tell the guy so I ended up telling him. He’s 18 as well and is scared to tell someone and doesn’t know how to get treatment, can I take him to the ER and have him tell them that his girlfriends test came back positive for chlamydia? And will they treat him right away or what?
