Missed period and odd CM

So I’m on another stretch of missed period with PCOS. Usually it’s only 1 cycle and now I’m about to go into missing cycle 2. This time it was different though my hormone leveled were on check my met form in was working and we were ttc. long story short they thought I had a uti (I didn’t) but did the meds anyways . Been getting a crazy amount of jelly cm in the beginning of missing my period and now it’s gotten a little lighter but still jelly and clear/ cloudy. About 40 days late now. Have any of you had this and been pregnant ? I didn’t find out with my son that I was pregnant till 5 1/2 months .
