FOOD PROBLEM?
okay so i workout and eat good, well i used to eat good now i eat like crap, at first i would eat reallly healthy and good and just a few bites of junk food cause you know its good for your soul. Anyways when school started i had less time to make food and stuff so i basically wouldn't make food and just go throught the day till I get home at 4 and thats when i eat, but then i don't eat very much so basically starving myself soemtimes i would just eat cereal or just a protein shake, I was from 116 to 114 instantly and then my bf broke up with me then i went to a friends house to party, i smoked pot then had munchies, ever since then i've been eating so much that I cannot stop myself, or my friends are always full so am i but i still always want food. I've gained so much weught and been having 3 bowls of cereal, i think i'm stress eating but idk i'm numb, i care about my heath but its been bad and i don't know what to do? i'm trying to starve myself again or not starve but just eat dinner then thats it.
